If you want to be considered for this role you will need:QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/MBA is an advantage)
Proven experience as a Finance Director or Senior Finance Leader
Strong background in service-based or multi-branch operations

Required Skill(s):

Good analytical skills and an eye for details
Good organizational skills
An excellent understanding of Accounting principles
Commitment & motivation
Preferably Senior Level/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Finance
Experience in Big four auditing firms is a plus
Highly familiar with tax matters and internal control principles
Risk management, compliance, and cost control
Proactive and with a Can-do attitude and able to work under tight deadlines
Highly professional to work with other functional and cross-functional teams
Proven integrity and maturity to accept added responsibilities
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
Excellent command of English, both written and verbal

Knowledgeable in

Management Reporting
Budgeting and Variance Analysis
Philippine Taxation
Financial reporting, audits, and internal controls
International Reporting Standard
Fixed Assets
Accounts Payable
General Ledger
ERP systems, advanced Excel, and financial modeling
Proficient in MS Office
