Your Role As a Assistant Account Executive , you will: Support the Account Manager/Director with system processing, documentation preparation, and client file management Process new business, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and re-marketing activities using Winbeat Prepare and process quotations, manage claims, and issue Certificates of Currency Maintain accurate policy documentation and records in Zoho CRM Liaise with clients, insurers, and underwriters, responding to queries and coordinating enquiries Assist with reporting, end-of-month requirements, debtors control, premium funding, and other delegated tasks What You Need Non-negotiables Experience in insurance or brokerage handling Australian accounts, and able to represent the company professionally with underwriters Strong written English skills with the ability to compose clear, professional business correspondence Excellent reading and writing comprehension in English, with good numeracy skills About MicroSourcing With over 9,000 professionals across 13 delivery centers, MicroSourcing is the pioneer and largest offshore provider of managed services in the Philippines.
