- Meet with business stakeholders, understand business requirements, and use your analytical mindset to suggest and implement solutions ranging from process improvement to dashboards. You will be expected to manage end-to-end processes from data modeling to design and documentation.
- Assist with the animation of the sales community for FS countries by providing key trends & analysis
- Import, clean, transform, validate, govern, or model data in order to enable efficiencies of data usage across the Digital Sales Experience
- Support the build, deploy, and manage bFO (bridge Front Office / Salesforceâ„¢) or Tableau CRM (Einstein Analytics) based analytical tools/dashboards according to the Digital Experience strategy.
- Support on Monthly deliverables in KPIs reporting and dashboard publications
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, honesty, and reliability
- A proven ability to work unsupervised and operate with a degree of autonomy
- Excellent attention to details
- A proactive mindset and flexibility to cope with changing scope of priorities
- Creative thinker with curiosity and an open mindset
- Willingness to work outside job specifications when required
- An ability to thrive under pressure and work to tight deadlines
- Aspire in developing a long-term career and grow with the company
- Bachelor’s in Data Science/Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or other quantitative discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis/business intelligence/ data analytics preferably gained from sizable companies
- Experience in BI Reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Experience in using database querying language e.g. SQL programming, MS SQL Server, Alteryx.
