Job Responsibilities Effectively provide technical support for various system applications. Effectively handle implementation, training and training-related tasks for various system applications. Effectively provide reports related to route settlement functions. Other technical, implementation, system application and/ or route settlement tasks that may be assigned. Qualifications Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or Computer Science. With technical or customer support work related experience. Experience in a BPO industry is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to details and process-oriented. Has the ability to multi-task or monitor multiple issues or projects simultaneously. Skilled in MS Office Applications (i.e. Word, Excel and Power Point) Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply. Can start ASAP!
