• Greet customers, understand their pet's needs, and recommend appropriate products, medications, and services. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card, and other payment methods. Build rapport with customers to foster repeat business and loyalty.
• Product Knowledge and Recommendations: Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the store's products, including pet food, medications, supplements, toys, and other supplies. Provide informed and helpful advice to customers regarding product usage, benefits, and potential side effects. Stay up-to-date on new products and industry trends.
• Store Maintenance and Inventory: Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked store. This includes restocking shelves, arranging displays, checking expiration dates, and assisting with inventory management tasks. Ensure that products are priced correctly and that the store is visually appealing to customers.
