About the role Cardinal Santos Medical Center is seeking an experienced Employee & Labor Relations Manager to join our team. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in managing employee and labor relations, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and negotiating collective agreements. Ensures proper handling of Employee Disciplinary Actions. Develops HR policies aligned with hospital objectives and government legislations. You will be based in our San Juan City, Metro Manila office. Job Responsibilities Monitor the implementation of the Code of Discipline in coordination with the Supervisor/s and Department. Investigate and resolve employee grievances and disputes in a fair and impartial manner Implement disciplinary and performance management procedures Develop and implement Employee Relations/Labor Relations programs that are consistent with the company's values and norms. Develop and implement strategies to maintain positive employee-employer relationships Advise management on labor laws, collective bargaining agreements and other employment-related matters Actively participate in CBA negotiations, particularly in drawing up approaches and strategies in dealing with the Union on and off the negotiating table. Ensure the organization&aposs compliance with all relevant employment legislation Provide training and guidance to managers on employee relations best practices Collaborate with HR and legal teams to develop policies and procedures Maintain thorough documentation and reporting on all employee relations activities Job Requirements Minimum 5 years' experience in employee/labor relations, ideally within the healthcare industry Strong knowledge of Philippine employment laws, collective bargaining and dispute resolution Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with various stakeholders Proven track record of successfully managing complex employee relations issues Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Bachelor&aposs degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Industrial Relations or a related field Show more Show less
