Angkas’ mission is to eradicate poverty in the Philippines by providing opportunities for its bikers to create a source of livelihood that impacts their family and their communities.The Operations Associate - Data Analyst, will play a crucial role in setting up the foundations in making this happen - from processing and analyzing data, and generating insights to executing projects.What you’ll be doing:
  • Collaborate with the Rewards and Retention Team and help shape biker rewards strategy
  • Create actionable business insights to answer business questions, drive business decisions, and develop recommendations via monetary and non-monetary rewards to improve operations.
  • Create a biker reward strategy roadmap; prioritize analysis requests to balance the tactical and strategic information needs of the business.
  • Present analysis and recommendations, using data-driven storytelling and influence to drive improvements in business operations and strategic executions.
  • Develop dashboard designs for creation of data team
  • Creation of biker incentives that fits the overall direction of the business
  • Implement improvements on the Incentives and rewards structure of the Operations Team
  • Suggest and implement automations to eliminate or reduce manual data entry and extraction of the team
  • Support other tasks in the Rewards and Retention / Transport Operations Group
Requirements
  • Graduate of any 4-year course preferably in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering.
  • At least 2 years of data analysis experience.
  • Extensive knowledge in Data Analytics and data storytelling.
  • Excellent communication skill (written and oral).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, and problem-solving.
  • Ability to create dashboards and present insights/data to stakeholders
  • Amenable to work in a hybrid and shifting schedule.
