This role demands a proactive leader with a deep understanding of outbound marketing mechanisms such as RVM (Ringless Voicemail Drops) and VMD (Voice Message Delivery), alongside an adeptness in cultivating and maintaining BPO relations to drive campaign success.As an Outbound Marketing Manager, you are tasked with the strategic development and execution of comprehensive lead-generation campaigns, employing a mix of innovative technologies and data-driven insights to reach and engage target audiences effectively. Your role involves a nuanced approach to partnership management, acting as the bridge between our company and BPO partners to ensure alignment of objectives, seamless communication, and the achievement of performance benchmarks.Skills:
  • Outbound Marketing Campaign: Setting up ringless voicemails and campaigns to generate inbound or outbound calls.
  • Database Management: Maintaining and updating contact databases.
  • Dialer Configuration: Managing the dialer system to improve campaign performance.
  • Compliance and Regulations: Complying with telemarketing laws like the TCPA.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyzing metrics to enhance dialer performance.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of dialer technology and database management systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize their use.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills in interpreting data and adjusting dialing strategies based on performance metrics.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail for managing large datasets and ensuring the accuracy of contact information.
