Acts as a point person of Department Heads in addressing their concerns regarding the implementation of company policies Oversees work of Personnel/HRD staffs Provides general support in the area of Recruitment, Training and Development, Employee Relations and Welfare & Benefits. Provides assistance in admin works and other activities conducted by the department. Assists Team members in their concerns that would affect their morale. Investigates P/HRD issues for the purpose of ensuring that effective discipline and complaints resolutions are arrived in a timely manner Required Education, Skills, And Qualifications Graduate of AB /BS Psychology (Industrial/Organizational), BSBA in Human Resource Development Management, or any Human Resource related program With at least 5 years work related experience With background on Automotive Proficient in oral communication Hardworking and responsible Computer literate Articulate and keen to details Willing to start ASAP Company Profile TOYOTA ALABANG INC . has for Thirty Six Years (36) now upheld its tradition of service excellence & its endless pursuit of total customer satisfaction.
