Keep his/her own workplace always clean, compliant to established 5S standardscompliant to the established policies set by the company.Execute functions as required by Iris system policies and procedures (i.e. perform cashiering functions including payments, accept and sell postpaid/prepaid stocks allocated by the InventoryCustodian).Ensure proper monitoring and resolution of after-sales transactions.Encode in all transactions that are passed on to other support groups, whether at the Head or Regional Office.Ensure proper monitoring and timely transmittal of all subscriber documents to the Credit Library.Able to function as custodian or cashier as the need arises.KPIs:Achieve Store’s sales & revenue targetsAchieve favorable results for Line Wait and CSAT/MSP ensuring customer service delivery targets are madeAchieve all standards in SLA- all transactionsAchieve minimal or ZERO exceptionsFull training compliance i.e. attendance and passing of all examinations.TOP 3-5 DELIVERABLES:Achieving and exceeding sales targets.Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.Implementing effective visual merchandising strategies.Optimizing store operations for efficiency and profitability.Developing and leading a high-performing store team.Certifications:Optional: Certifications in retail management, customer service, or sales techniques may be advantageous, but not mandatory for all positions.Equal Opportunity Employer
