- Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the FinTech or Insurance Market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Lead proposal development, contract negotiations, and deal closures
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Technical teams to align solutions with client needs
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to post-sales support
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management
- Proven track record in the FinTech or Telecommunications industry
- Strong understanding of digital payments, banking solutions, mobile services, or telecom infrastructure
- Experience in B2B sales and enterprise account management
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
