Sourcing applicants and finding the best candidates
Screening resumes and candidates - through e-mail, phone call and web (100% English)
Facilitating quality interviews
Negotiating salary and hiring requirements with stakeholders
Attending job fairs and hiring events
Generating reports for the Recruitment leadership and company stakeholders as needed
Tracking staffing information and properly maintaining employee database
Communicating effectively with candidates
Managing background and reference checks

Requirements

At least internship experience in recruiting (any field will do, BPO is an advantage)
Amenable to work ONSITE in Makati and/or Mandaluyong
Amenable to work night shifts and on weekends
Above average English communication skills (verbal and written)
Proficient in using Canva, Powerpoint, MS Outlook and Teams
