- Assist in gathering and analyzing business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
- Document system specifications, workflows, and data mappings for financial and digital banking solutions.
- Support the evaluation of current system functionality and identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and business users to ensure clear understanding of system requirements.
- Participate in testing activities including test case preparation, functional testing, and UAT support.
- Help troubleshoot and resolve system issues and bugs during development and post-deployment.
- Assist in integrating APIs, payment gateways, and digital banking tools.
- Maintain documentation related to systems architecture, processes, and support procedures.
- Stay updated on financial industry trends, digital banking innovations, and compliance requirements.
- Basic understanding of system analysis, software development life cycle (SDLC), and databases (e.g., SQL).
- Familiarity with financial products such as online banking, e-wallets, payment systems, or loan processing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Exposure to tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or UML modeling is an advantage.
- Experience in FinTech, banking, financial services, or enterprise systems is a strong plus.
- Experience or coursework in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Basic knowledge of API integrations or financial data formats (e.g., JSON, XML, ISO 20022).
- Familiarity with regulatory concepts such as KYC, AML, or data privacy.
