Your Responsibilities In Detail Develop plans for sourcing and attracting candidates within different verticals, managing end to end interview processes and managing successful candidates through to offer. Headhunt, screen, filter and recommend candidates for progression whilst tracking all activity via the ATS (Greenhouse). Use various candidate sourcing techniques to proactively source talent - this should include LinkedIn Recruiter, internal networks/driving referrals and other techniques to uncover passive talent. Deliver a best in class candidate and hiring manager experience. Develop a network for engagement of future talent within an area of responsibility. Provide weekly reporting on recruitment metrics.
