- Proficiency: Experience in financial modeling, benchmarking and quantitative skills. Statistical programming skill is a must for segmentation analysis, validation or monitoring. Must possess solid knowledge in credit and analytics consulting. Must understand banking & financial services industry challenges and needs. Must be able to conceptualize, develop and direct the execution of complex solutions and enable go-to-market strategies. Experience in launching and/or selling solutions to client is highly desirable. Hands-on knowledge and experience in combining data, analytics and technology to deliver solutions.
- Organization & Planning: Track records in managing complex & large consulting assignments with high output and minimal supervision. Comfortable to make tough trade-off decisions and focus on key priorities. Copes effectively with complexity and change. Exceptional problem solving combined with strong interpersonal skills, proven by first-hand work experience

- Communication: Must possess excellent oral, written and presentation skills. Able to translate technical product information into compelling stories. Excellent PowerPoint skills are a must; not only technical proficiency, but more importantly, the ability to build compelling and engaging presentations that effectively articulate a value “story”.
- Workshop Facilitation: Able to facilitate workshop to uncover customer critical business issues. Exposure to or experience with Design Thinking or similar approaches is a nice-to-have.

- Able to create segmentations or analysis utilizing credit behavior data (or alternative data) to fit with lender’s needs or use-cases. Leverage decisioning tools for implementation and production rollout in-line with lender’s process
- Identify customer & industry needs, handle data analysis, and respond to key business issues of qualified accounts. Develop, present and demonstrate solution capabilities with return-on-investment proposal to the potential customers
- Manage a variety of key projects and activities related to attaining new business opportunities or existing services. Leverage professional story-telling mechanism and proactive analytics to drive use-cases / values
- Work as a member of the key account teams and contribute to account strategy, product/solution positioning, sales planning, solution proposition, pipeline generation & sales deal closing
- Strategize with the sales team and participate in the development of strategies including objectives for all customer meetings and sales account plan. Set aspirational revenue goals and work with sales/IT to develop plans to achieve that goal
- Develop, deliver and lead implementation of professional solution proposals
- Perform other duties as required to ensure the goals and objectives of the function/department are met
- Attend networking events and webinars regularly
- Willing to learn and have flexibility to cope with new ideas and new technologies to package new solutions and drive product development requirement to product team
- Job requires stake holder management, prior banking experience, Analytical expertise along with AI / ML experience.
- End to end project management and strong communication skill and business understanding to manage client engagements end to end.q
