A Finishing Engineer / Finishing Architect is responsible for overseeing the final stages of construction projects, ensuring that all finishing touches are completed according to specifications and standards. Job Description: Collaborating with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure proper execution of finishing details such as paint, flooring, fixtures and other aesthetic elements. Conducting regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with building codes and regulations. Managing subcontractors and coordinating their work to maintain project timelines and budgets. Troubleshooting any issues that arise during the finishing stages of construction. Ensuring that the project meets client expectations and deadlines. Maintaining accurate project documentation and reports. Qualifications Registered Civil Engineer or Architect A total of at least 10 years experience as Finishing Engineer / Architect with at least 5 years of experience or finished five-star hotel or resort construction or residential projects. Knowledgeable and can operate Autocad drawing and Sketh Up software. Proficient in MS Office. Willing to accept project-based contract.
