Hosted Service Delivery Specialist (Japan) | Philippines | PH2032921BE PART OF OUR GROWING TEAMYOUR ROLE- To complete the daily processing of all Air logistics and Sea logistics shipments and dispatch of freight and any other related requirements. - To ensure that the service expectations of customers and the company are met. - To ensure that the details of Commercial Invoice and Packing List for 3M shipments matches with the details and specimen. Chase origin for any discrepancy. Make sure the sailing schedule in system is correct, and help to chase origin for SWB when shipment departed. Update the report on a daily basis and send to JP team as per the agreed schedule.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Initiate and prepare the Import / Export shipments as per client profile and business needs.
Actively communicate with Focal Point in local office.
Maintain latest working instructions.
To review, analyze, verify 3M Pre-alert Air Shipments.
Execute fast, accurate transaction processing with data parsing, entry, updating and organization.
Work closely with other departments to deliver high level of service to customers.
Perform other duties as assigned.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Logistics/Transportation, Computer Science/Information Technology, Business studies/administration/management, Engineering, Accounting/Finance or Economics
Preferably 2 years working experience in IT/Sea Logistics or Air Logistics
Intermediate Microsoft Outlook skills and basic Microsoft Excel skills
Solid knowledge of international geography
Good English communication skills
Process oriented and has strong analytical skills
Ability to work with demanding deadlines
Ability to establish priorities and accomplish multiple tasks, must be organized
