The Digital Content Associate will be a key member for our global digital content management team that focuses on supporting our digital marketing initiatives by creating, managing, and publishing content using various content management systems. He/She will also be performing graphic design initiatives when needed. He/she will report to the Creative Lead and Digital Product Manager.Key Accountabilities

Collaborate with the digital content management team to develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with marketing goals.
Create, edit, and publish digital content, including text, images, and multimedia, using various content management systems (CMS).
Perform routine content updates and maintenance to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Maintain an organized content library and ensure digital assets are properly archived and accessible.
Collaborate with developers on a variety of task related to design such as providing ideas, support and expertise when needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Digital Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in a digital content role, especially within a marketing, media, or creative environment.
Beginner proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) such as Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress, or Drupal.
Basic graphic design skills, with familiarity in design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Familiarity in HTML and CSS a plus. Comfortable with learning new software programs as needed.
Basic knowledge or experience using project management tools like WorkFront, Jira, or Asana.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office Suite.
