- Manage billing and invoicing processes accurately and in a timely manner
- Handle purchase orders and purchasing activities within the system
- Maintain and update records in Brightpearl
- Assist with accounts-related tasks and financial documentation
- Monitor transactions and ensure data accuracy
- Organize financial records and reports
- Communicate with internal teams regarding billing and purchasing updates
- Experience with Brightpearl is highly preferred
- Background in billing, purchasing, or accounting support
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Experience with inventory or ERP systems
- Previous experience in accounts payable or accounts receivable
