Billing & Purchasing Specialist (Brightpearl Experience Preferred)We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing & Purchasing Specialist to support our finance and operations team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Brightpearl and a background in billing, purchasing, and basic accounting processes. This role focuses on internal financial operations rather than customer service.Responsibilities
  • Manage billing and invoicing processes accurately and in a timely manner
  • Handle purchase orders and purchasing activities within the system
  • Maintain and update records in Brightpearl
  • Assist with accounts-related tasks and financial documentation
  • Monitor transactions and ensure data accuracy
  • Organize financial records and reports
  • Communicate with internal teams regarding billing and purchasing updates
RequirementsRequirements
  • Experience with Brightpearl is highly preferred
  • Background in billing, purchasing, or accounting support
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Nice to Have
  • Experience with inventory or ERP systems
  • Previous experience in accounts payable or accounts receivable
