Assist in monitoring sales performance, sell-in/sell-out data, and weekly account dashboards.
Prepare business reviews, reports, and presentations for retail partners.
Support execution of trade agreements and commercial commitments.
Coordinate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Retail Operations, and Finance for account requirements.
Track PO deliveries, stock availability, and product allocations.
Update account trackers, calendars, and other reports.
Assist in implementing in-store promotions and tracking promotional results.
Support item maintenance requests, POG clean up request and account documentation.
Conduct store checks (as required) for merchandising and competitive insights.

#LI - RD1Requirements

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business, Marketing, Sales, Management, or related field.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data.
Interest in beauty, retail, or FMCG industry is an advantage.
Willing to conduct field or store visits when required.
