Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Representative located in Quezon City. The Call Center Representative will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound customer calls, providing product and service information, resolving customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will also document all call information and maintain updated customer records.
