- Document usage (short guide or Loom walkthrough) so non-designers succeed.
- QA templates and revise from user feedback.
- Package final component library (vectors/icons/patterns) for future updates.
- Brand Consistency Pass Rate: Assets created from templates pass brand review with minimal edits.
- Turnaround Time Reduction: Avg time from content brief to publish drops vs. baseline.
- Multi-Channel Coverage: Templates successfully used across at least 5 internal surfaces (blog, LinkedIn, email, event, stat card) within 60 days.
- Portfolio showing template systems (Canva or Figma-to-Canva), not just one-off graphics.
- Strong layout + type hierarchy across social, email, and presentation formats.
- Experience building flexible color/theme variants inside Canva.
- Vector/illustration ability sufficient to create simple icon & shape libraries.
- Clear written + async communication.
- Experience designing assets for lifecycle / retention / email marketing teams.
