- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of hyper-casual game projects—from ideation, planning, and prototyping to release.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and artists to brainstorm and refine game concepts.
- Set up projects in Unity, following clean coding standards and technical requirements.
- Write detailed Game Design Documents (GDDs) outlining gameplay mechanics, user flow, and system interactions.
- Prioritize tasks, establish clear timelines, and ensure all deadlines are met efficiently.
- Provide support and direction to the team throughout the project to maintain focus and momentum.
- Oversee rapid prototyping cycles (maximum 5 days) and provide continuous feedback for improvement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hyper-casual market trends, mechanics, and monetization strategies.
Must-haves
- Proven experience in producing or managing hyper-casual game projects.
- Hands-on experience with Unity and game programming.
- Strong understanding of the hyper-casual gaming market and player behavior.
- Demonstrated ability to write and maintain Game Design Documents (GDDs).
- Excellent project and time management skills in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
- Creative mindset with a strong ability to generate and develop original gameplay ideas.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (artists, developers, designers).
- Experience with casino mobile games.
- Familiarity with data-driven game design and A/B testing.
- Background in QA or game publishing pipelines.
