Utilize QuickBooks to manage financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare accurate estimates for projects using MS Excel, considering materials, labor, and other relevant factors.
Collaborate with project managers and vendors to gather necessary information for estimates.
Analyze and interpret project specifications and requirements.
Maintain organized and up-to-date records of estimates, invoices, and financial transactions.
Assist with general bookkeeping tasks as needed.Requirements:
Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel.
Previous experience in estimating and bookkeeping roles.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in calculations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience working with floor plans, windows, and doors is preferred.
