- Act as a primary point of contact for project stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration to ensure alignment with project goals and expectations.
- Oversee project milestones, schedules, and deliverables. Ensure projects are executed according to plans, and proactively address any deviations or issues
- Respond to and resolve project-related inquiries and issues promptly, utilising problem-solving skills to address challenges and maintain project momentum.
- Prepare, review, and manage project documentation, including submissions, reports, contracts, and change events, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- Analyse project data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for project performance improvement and risk management.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with project teams and stakeholders, ensuring all parties are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate collaboration across various working groups, ensuring all team members are working towards common project objectives and deadlines.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Procore software, managing head contracts, variations, change events, budgets, inspections, defects, observations, meetings, and RFIs efficiently. Utilise Procore to streamline project processes and maintain comprehensive project records.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Management, or a related field advantageous.
- •Proven experience as a Project Coordinator in the renewable energy sector.
- Strong knowledge of the commercial solar, battery storage, and electric vehicle charger EPC industry in Australia.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Procore, with the ability to manage all aspects of the project using this software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong people management skills, with experience in managing site teams.
