- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates utilizing various channels including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand hiring needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create effective job descriptions and candidate profiles.
- Mentor and support junior recruiting staff to enhance team performance.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems, AI tools, and other technologies to optimize recruitment workflows.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and recommend improvements to recruitment strategies.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to maintain competitive advantage.
- Minimum 2-5 years of proven experience as a Recruiter or Sr. Recruiter in a staffing agency or corporate recruitment environment.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, labor market trends, and sourcing strategies.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, recruitment platforms, and AI tools.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple demanding projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Leadership skills with experience in mentoring or guiding junior team members.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
