Armada Brands builds direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands for the Philippines. Our goal is to create the most popular and exciting consumer brands in the nutrition space. We formulate new products in the food supplement vertical as well as more broadly in the food & beverage market, addressing underserved consumer demands. We launch the products under new, proprietary brands. We follow a digital-first and DTC-centric approach with an omni-channel trajectory. We are a start-up company that raised funding from investors including reputable venture capital firms as well as business angels from the Philippines and across Southeast Asia. We currently run a portfolio of two brands and are building multiple new brands for launch in the coming months. We are a group of ecommerce enthusiasts with a lot of excitement for DTC, digital marketing, and consumer brands. We are looking for a Channel Management Associate to help grow our DTC brands across leading e-commerce platforms. This role requires a driven individual with strong attention to detail and a passion for digital commerce. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, analytical, and adaptable in a fast paced and changing environment. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to key sales and growth activities while developing hands-on experience in channel growth and digital sales strategies. Role Provide end-to-end marketplace support for Shopee and Lazada Oversee completion and accuracy of reports, providing insights for strategy refinement Manage relationships with livestream hosts, ensuring smooth scheduling, briefing, and performance tracking Enroll and manage campaigns across platforms, ensuring timely and accurate activation Launch manual initiatives such as discounts, vouchers, flash deals, and banner updates to boost sales and visibility Monitor marketplace competitor activity and category trends to identify opportunities for growth Execute affiliate strategy by identifying top-performing affiliates, managing outreach, and maintaining ongoing coordination Update and optimize PPC campaigns to maximize efficiency and ROI Prepare and complete regular reports to track performance against targets Background University degree, preferably in marketing, business management, communications, industrial engineering, or related fields 1 year experience with seller center tools (Shopee, Lazada) Strong interest in e-commerce, DTC, digital marketing, and channel growth strategies Proficiency in Google Sheets for reporting and data tracking Excellent command of spoken and written English Benefits Competitive salary Direct impact Growth opportunities in high growth startup Hybrid setup (two days in office in Makati, three days work from home) Perks: extra leave days, HMO coverage If you are interested, please get in touch at [HIDDEN TEXT].
