Job Title: AVP Marketing Head (Retail)Level: Executive (AVP)Location: Quezon CityJob Summary:
The AVP Marketing Head will be responsible for leading the overall marketing strategy and execution. This role drives brand growth, market positioning, customer engagement, and revenue performance across business units. The Marketing Head will oversee brand management, communications, digital marketing, and promotional campaigns, ensuring that all initiatives are aligned with the companys vision and objectives. The role requires a dynamic leader with strategic foresight, strong business acumen, and proven expertise in developing innovative marketing solutions.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of integrated marketing strategies to enhance brand positioning and achieve business goals.
  • Oversee marketing functions including brand management, advertising, promotions, public relations, events, and digital marketing.
  • Conduct market research and consumer insights analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Drive campaigns that increase customer engagement, foot traffic, and sales conversions across business units.
  • Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all channels and platforms.
  • Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and stakeholders to execute high-impact marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and strong ROI on campaigns and programs.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
  • Monitor marketing performance metrics and provide strategic recommendations to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Represent the company in brand-related events, industry forums, and strategic partnerships.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field; MBA is an advantage.
  • At least 1012 years of solid marketing experience, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record in leading large-scale marketing programs within retail, lifestyle, entertainment, or related industries.
  • Strong expertise in brand building, customer engagement, and digital marketing.
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Innovative and strategic thinker with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
