- Ensure timely fulfilment of customer orders by actively managing backlogs and expediting with cross-functional teams
- Proactively communicate order and shipment updates to customers, ensuring transparency and high service levels
- Ensure accurate billing and prompt issuance of credit notes (CN) to support smooth financial operations
- Analyse supply chain data to improve forecast accuracy and drive better demand planning
- Collaborate with customers to identify opportunities for service improvement and enhanced collaboration
- Support and contribute to continuous improvement projects, such as DG handling and SWAP planning initiatives.
- 2-3 years of experience Supply Chain, Order Management, or Customer Service operations
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with experience analysing supply chain data to enhance forecast accuracy and service performance.
- Experience supporting or contributing to continuous improvement projects, such as DG handling and SWAP planning
- Effective collaboration and communication skills to work seamlessly with internal teams and external customers.
