- Invoice Management: Generate accurate, timely invoices and respond to customer inquiries related to them.
- Uploading of invoices to customer portals.
- Management and follow up of customer PO’s
- Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with HCS, Sales, and Operations to gather necessary billing information.
- Recoveries management
- Other adhoc duties as required by the Billing Manager
- Educational Background: Preferred experience in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
- Billing Expertise: Proven experience in billing, invoicing, or accounts receivable role.
- Accounting Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles and billing processes.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, etc.), with exposure to ERP systems like M3 Cloudsuite being an advantage. Knowledge around Customer portals like Ariba, Corrigo, Taulia is advantageous.
