As retail partnerships continue to grow, the business requires a dedicated marketing professional to ensure products remain visible, campaigns are executed consistently, and marketing efforts effectively support product sales.This role focuses on execution and coordination rather than hands-on creative production. The ideal candidate operates as a marketing project manager—ensuring campaigns, influencer collaborations, content initiatives, and marketplace marketing activities are delivered on time and aligned with brand strategy.The position requires someone who is resourceful, organized, and able to independently manage marketing initiatives from planning through execution.Core Responsibilities
Marketing Execution & Campaign Coordination
Oversee the execution of marketing initiatives across retail and digital channels.
Responsibilities include:
Implementing marketing campaigns that support product launches and promotions
Coordinating marketing initiatives across retail and online channels
Tracking campaign progress and ensuring deadlines are met
Managing marketing task lists and initiative timelinesSocial Media & Content Coordination
Ensure consistent brand presence across social platforms.
Responsibilities include:
Overseeing brand activity on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
Coordinating the production of social media assets including videos, influencer content, and user-generated content
Ensuring social content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign goals
Identifying and sourcing creators or influencers to generate authentic product content
The focus of this role is managing the process and coordination of content production, not necessarily creating the content directly.Retail Marketing Collaboration
Support marketing initiatives connected to retail partnerships.
Responsibilities include:
Coordinating promotional initiatives with retail partners
Supporting retail marketing campaigns and collaborative promotions
Assisting with in-store or retailer-specific marketing programs
Monitoring the effectiveness of retail marketing effortsMarketplace & Digital Channel Support
Support marketing performance across major online retail platforms.
Responsibilities include:
Coordinating product marketing across online marketplaces
Ensuring product listings, imagery, and supporting marketing assets remain optimized
Supporting campaigns that drive traffic and product discovery
Coordinating influencer initiatives that promote marketplace productsTikTok Shop & Affiliate Growth
Support the development of social commerce and affiliate marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting with growth initiatives within TikTok Shop
Sourcing and coordinating affiliate partners and creators
Identifying influencers who can demonstrate products authentically
Monitoring performance metrics related to TikTok campaignsMarketing Analytics & Reporting
Track performance across marketing campaigns and channels.
Responsibilities include:
Monitoring engagement metrics, audience growth, and campaign performance
Tracking marketing initiatives across social media and digital channels
Evaluating improvements in product visibility and sell-through
Providing updates and performance summaries to leadershipTools & Systems
