About You As an Earthworks Supervisor, you will play a key role in monitoring and coordinating all technical activities on site, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring that all works, particularly tailings dam and earthworks construction, comply with project requirements. You'll also liaise with contractors in the field, and provide timely reports to support successful project delivery. The Role We're seeking an experienced Earthworks Supervisor to join our team, based in the Philippines. This role will primarily involve working on international site-based projects in Asia and Africa on a fly-in/fly-out (FIFO) roster. The Earthworks Supervisor will be responsible for: Monitoring, inspecting and maintaining all aspects of Tailings Storage Facility (TSF) construction and other mine infrastructure works, with a strong focus on bulk earthworks and geotechnical quality. Review contractors' proposed methodologies, plans, ITP's etc. to ensure suitability to achieve technical requirements. Ensuring Contractors work in an efficient manner to avoid any time or cost overruns while meeting site safety and environmental standards at all times. Progress reporting to Client and KP management - highlighting areas where progress is behind schedule and providing support in the development of appropriate remedial action. Supporting project delivery through proactive monitoring, reporting, and coordination. Our Ideal Candidate The successful candidate will ideally have: A degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering, or associated qualification. Minimum of 10 years' relevant experience in site supervision roles for mining infrastructure projects, particularly tailings dams or large-scale earthworks. Proven understanding of earthworks QA/QC requirements. Experience working on international FIFO rosters. Commitment to travel internationally for extended site-based assignments.
