Job Purpose: Discover, analyze and resolve discrepancies in the inventory and recommend process improvements in the inventory control system to minimize obsolescence. Handle inventory analysis across all divisions - FG domestic, FG export operations. Key Responsibilities: Inventory Record Accuracy Develop process and system solutions to improve and sustain accurate inventory records. Hanging Interim Monitoring System Coordinate with inventory management personnel as well as the different process owners for hanging transactions. Transactions Monitoring Coordinate with Procurement for Scrap Sales. Operations Support Ensure that The Company's distribution centers and warehouses maintain inventory levels necessary to meet projected sales demands and resolve issues as they come. Spearhead in the activities related to stocks diversion, special move out plans Ensure timely retrieval and sending of samples to QA for analysis and consequent releasing of held stocks Monitor and analyze reverse logistics performance. Ensure accuracy of obsolescence tagging. Qualification: Graduate of any 4-year course. Experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory operations.
