- Provide payroll operational support for APAC – in particular for Philippines, South Korea, Australia & Singapore
- Ensure the accuracy of all payroll data submitted to our Payroll Vendors
- Liaise closely with our local Payroll Vendors to ensure a timely and accurate payroll within tight deadlines.
- Reconcile, Review and Validate payroll outputs
- Managing funding of bank accounts and ensure timely payment of employees and related tax authorities
- Manage queries from employees, HR Business partners and Finance
- Have local knowledge of taxation in each region.
- Minimum of 5 years of Payroll Experience
- Excellent Communication skills in both spoken and written English
- Intermediate level proficiency in Excel (vlookups and pivot tables)
- Knowledge of local regulations
- Experience in HRIS (Workday) would be an advantage
- Experience of Netsuite desirable
- Experience of working in a Multi National Company
