
Sales and Customer Service Specialist

- Full order processing from receipt of customer order to invoicing;
- Monitor and work with intercompany to pull in or push out to ensure optimum stock level in local warehouse, check customer's forecast and delivery requirements;
- Manage closely 3PLs on importation, stock management and delivery arrangement to customers;
- Prepare and provide full set of required documents to customers;
- Sample coordination and arrangement to customers;
- Handle customers' complaint and coordinate returns, credit, replacement, etc.;
- Assist to follow up with customers on payment on overdue invoice and sales support;
- Provide administrative support (such as report preparation) and any other duties as assigned;
- Follow company procedures and policies.
- Answer sales inquiries, plus with technical background, answer pricing offerings
- handle customer complaints (warehouse inspection etc, preparing of documents)
- logistics (processing PO receiving and contract releasing, inventory management, preparing of invoices, review of the contract)
- exposure in sales ( customer support background more coming from food industry)
- role will also give support to Thailand
- Good command of English (spoken and written);
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Independent, meticulous, organized, responsible and good team player;
- Possess positive mindset, business flair, initiative and high adaptability;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Bachelor degree in business administration, logistics management, food engineering;
- Minimum 3 year experience in food ingredient sales, sales support, customer service, supply chain or logistics;
- Experience in handling import of corn sweetener products, flavor or food ingredients is an advantage;
- Experience in Importation logistics;
- Possess good knowledge of Incoterm and shipping documents;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel).
