Position Title: Sales Training Officer Job Summary: Reporting to the Training & Development and Governance Section Head, the jobholder will be responsible for contributing to and delivering the following strategies across the business: - Efficient & effective preparation, organization and execution of Training & People Development including Engagement programs through a range of learning sessions and employee engagement related events/activities; - Plan, organize and execute training/ learning sessions, people development programs and activities that will support the needs of the Sales team (New Hire Learning Sessions, Soft skills and Functional / Technical skills and Upskilling trainings and eLearn Courses among others); - Create necessary modules and conduct training to external Sales Channels such Branch Sales, Direct Sales and Telesales; - Identify and modify assessment tools for the management and development of the Sales team and deliver assessment feedback to Sales Unit Heads; - Co-facilitate People Development/ Mentoring programs to be rolled in Credit Card Sales division; - Provide behavioral coaching on specific areas of improvement to all sales personnel - Cultivates the growth and development of supervised individual talents through coaching, identification & execution of relevant development plans and ensuring regular feedback on individual performance and progress Qualifications: Bachelor&aposs degree holder. Preferably a graduate of a Business, Communication or Marketing course. With 1-2 years' experience in training role preferably in the Card/ Banking industry; Equivalent exposure to Training Cycle - Development of Assessment tools, Root cause analysis, Instructional Design and Facilitation of Soft Skills and Technical Skills Programs Experience in dealing with various sales channels and ability to manage various types of learning sessions/methodologies Excellent communication and presentation skills - fluent both in English and Filipino, concise and clear speech and outstanding interpersonal skills Technical Skills Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint -- Intermediate Good working knowledge on digital tools like Canva, Mentimeter, Kahoot et Other Details: Unit: Credit Card Sales Division / Channel Enabler Unit Show more Show less
