Lead the strategic design and expansion of new healthcare services, ensuring alignment with long-term company growth objectives.
Drive organizational excellence by developing and implementing standardized policies and quality assurance frameworks across all programs.
Manage high-level client relationships as a strategic partner, identifying opportunities for program expansion and service innovation.
Oversee the analysis of complex population health datasets to provide insights for executive decision-making and patient outcome improvement.
Mentor a team of managers and specialists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Preferably with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Sciences, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in healthcare administration, strategic business development, or senior account management.
Proven experience in leading large teams and managing complex, cross-functional projects.
Advanced analytical skills with experience in strategic planning and negotiation.
Willingness to work onsite in Makati City.
