Our client, a leading digital marketing agency in Australia, is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone with a solid background in client management within the digital marketing industry and a flair for social media management.Responsibilities:
Client Management:
Efficiently handle client concerns and email communications.
Proactively manage client relationships through regular monthly catch-ups.
Conduct onboarding calls for new clients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming start to their journey with us.
Managing client tasks in ClickUp.Report Generation:
Prepare and send comprehensive monthly reports to clients, highlighting progress and results.Client Consultation and Support:
Address client queries, offering insightful suggestions and recommendations.
Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction through excellent service.Quality Assurance:
Proofread and review all work meticulously before it is sent to clients, ensuring accuracy and quality.
Monitor campaign performance and alert the business owner and relevant teaUpgrade to see actual infombers when a campaign is underperforming.Social Media Management (Secondary Role):
Engage in social media management activities during downtime, including copywriting, graphic design, basic video editing, content scheduling, and engagement.
This role aspect is not mandatory but highly preferred.Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, preferably in a digital marketing agency or similar.
Strong understanding of digital marketing practices and client management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to handle multiple accounts and maintain client satisfaction.
Proficient in proofreading and ensuring quality control.
Experience in social media management, including content creation, is highly desirable.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Highly organized
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English
