Qualifications Active PRC license as an Architect At least 5 years experience as a professional Architect Preferably with experience as a Quantity Surveyor Certifications and/or background in construction management is an advantage Responsibilities Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met. Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders. Ensure resource availability and allocation. Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successful elements and areas for improvement.
