By uniting people of passion who believe they can make a difference, we are confident that we can achieve this goal.Job Description Responsible for the effective operation of the Internet Protocol (IP) and Transport layer, technical user interface, handling service requests, and assisting in the design, management, and operations of the Globe IP backbone network.Work Experience / Required SkillsMinimum of 4 years of experience in carrier network & IT planning, engineering, design and architecture. Broad experience in carrier-level cross-domain architecture and services. Expertise in Mobile and Fixed & Enterprise NetworksMinimum 4 years of experience and exposure in IP & Transport (plus supporting peripherals and systems) infrastructure, technologies, standards & protocols, best practices, quirks and pain pointsPossess Leadership skills - Strategic & Business Acumen, Resourceful planning and organizing, catalyzing and managing change with courage, and optimal results within himself and through people.Possess Core and Globe Values – Customer centricity, caring like an owner, acting with integrity, keeping things simple, being fast.Ability to identify and scope-out all requirements, contributors and influencers relative to the delivery of new transport infrastructureAbility to identify challenges and threats to the achievement of team goals, to monitor and to proactively act on changing trends, to apply the basic strategic planning tools, and to tap a wide range of industry practitioners for Globe’s benefit.Ability to set, align, review team goals and participate in the development and execution of projectsAbility to manage risks, opportunities and interdependencies among different plans and design conceptsAbility to perform coordinated planning, prioritization, of projects and sub-projectsAbility to produce and measure task and initiative reportingAbility to use diverse capabilities of team members and to mediate on issues among the team members; and the ability to demonstrate a willingness to work with others and/or to go beyond the personal comfort zone.Possess financial management skills and knowledge on commercial processes and guidelines.Ability to identify opportunities for cost efficiency, process improvement, and the courage to catalyze changes resulting hereof.With experience in managing a team of individuals with the same or varied interestsAbility to work well in a team environment and work with others to provide the best solutions for clients and customersExcellent time management, decision making and presentationLevel of Knowledge
  • With Bachelor’s Degree in Communications Engineering (BSECE)/EE/CoE/IT Graduate
  • Licensed communication engineer
  • With in-depth of knowledge of Telecom solutions and a working understanding of the Wireless / wireline / Enterprise network
  • Relevant training & Certification] CCDP/CCIE, CISSP, TOGAF, or its equivalent
