We are seeking a highly experienced Tollways Development and Engineering Vice President to join our team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for leading the strategic development and engineering of our toll road infrastructure across the region. This is a pivotal leadership position within our organisation, overseeing the planning, design, and implementation of critical transportation projects that support the growth and connectivity of our communities. What you&aposll be doing: 1. Strategic Leadership and Planning Develop and execute the overall strategy for tollway development and engineering in line with the company's growth roadmap. Oversee master planning and prioritization of infrastructure projects (e.g., expansions, new expressways, interchanges, bridges). Ensure compliance with government infrastructure policies, PPP frameworks, and industry best practices. 2. Project Development and Execution Oversee the planning, design, permitting, procurement, construction, and commissioning of tollway infrastructure. Ensure alignment with business case studies, traffic forecasts, environmental impact assessments, and financial viability. Champion timely and cost-effective delivery of capital projects with a strong focus on safety and quality. 3. Engineering Excellence and Innovation Lead the formulation and review of engineering standards, specifications, and guidelines for projects. Drive innovation in design, construction techniques, and sustainability practices. 4. Stakeholder Management Manage key relationships with government agencies (DPWH, DOTr, TRB), LGUs, consultants, and contractors. Ensure timely submission and approval of regulatory permits, right-of-way acquisitions, and project proposals. Collaborate with internal functions such as legal, finance, operations, and corporate affairs. What we&aposre looking for: Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in civil/structural engineering, with a focus on toll road infrastructure and transportation projects Proven track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams in the successful delivery of complex, large-scale infrastructure projects Deep understanding of relevant engineering standards, construction methods, and regulatory requirements in the Philippines Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to navigate complex political and bureaucratic environments Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset to address technical challenges Strong financial acumen to manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective outcomes Advanced proficiency in using engineering design software and data analysis tools Bachelor&aposs degree in Civil with a relevant postgraduate qualification preferred Licensed Civil Engineer or equivalent; Master's degree in Engineering, Urban Planning, or Project Management is an advantage.
