- Draft and distribute notification letters to medical providers, insurance companies, and relevant parties regarding changes in client representation status
- Maintain detailed records and update internal databases to accurately reflect client status changes and operational transitions
- Support operational efficiency by scheduling team meetings, distributing meeting minutes, and updating internal procedure documents
- Collaborate with management to identify and resolve operational issues while ensuring seamless daily business operations
- Hands-on experience supporting an Operations team within a legal services environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with exceptional Excel skills for data management and analysis.
- Professional work experience in a U.S. business environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to process and interpret high-volume datasets.
- Proven ability to manage spreadsheets and perform complex data manipulation in Microsoft Excel.
- Working knowledge of internet-based software, spreadsheet applications, and word processing tools.
- Some college coursework completed, demonstrating foundational academic and professional preparation.
- Strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality of sensitive client information and internal work product.
- Excellent communication skills, including drafting correspondence and coordinating cross-department transitions.
