- Maintains good awareness of the account profiles related to the accounts of the hotel
- Full aware of the departmental yearly revenu goal, products and services
- Prepares accurate and timely reports for the department
- Provides clerical support through preparation and distribution external and internal documents
- Handles ad-hoc projects assigned
- Attends hotel and departmental trainings, etc.
- Handles guest's requests independently and proactively
- Handles inquires and correspondence for internal and external guests
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hopsitality Management, or any related field
- With atleast 1-3 years related work experience
- Tech savvy
- Fluent in oral and writtend English
- Can start immediate
- Amenable to work in Muntinlupa, Alabang
