You will help create and follow through on risk remediation plans, and work with regulators and auditors during reviews and audits. You will also coordinate with the Risk Management Division to align IT processes with the Bank's operational risk standards.Your dream. Manage IT operational, service delivery, and business resiliency risks through assessments and monitoring
Conduct risk reviews for new applications and oversee third-party risk assessments
Lead application risk assessments and ensure quality assurance in project delivery
Maintain and monitor IT compliance requirements, controls, and training programs
Coordinate vendor risk assessments and ensure regulatory compliance of third- and fourth-party vendors
Maintain the IT Risk Register and report risk levels and control effectiveness to stakeholders

What we're looking for

Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Finance, or Business Management
At least 4 years of experience in IT disciplines (e.g., Development, Project Management, Quality Assurance, Support, Service Management) or at least 5 years in business functions (e.g., Risk, Audit, Business Process, Governance), and at least 2 years in IT Risk Management within a financial or tech company
Background in bank-specific training in Retail/Corporate Banking, Loans and Mortgage, Consumer Financing, Wealth Management, and Marketing is preferred
Familiarity with Core Banking Systems (Current Account Savings Account, Loans, Credit Cards, Switch) is a valuable asset
Direct exposure to EastWest Bank-specific systems, such as Temenos Transact (T24) and Narada, is an advantage
Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, along with the ability to negotiate and analyze situations with a sharp financial lens
