Overview: We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer who will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. This role focuses on developing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to improve customer engagement and streamline operations. Key Responsibilities: Design and customize solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM based on business requirements. Independently develop and implement CRM configurations and customizations. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define the scope of projects. Integrate CRM systems with other applications and platforms as needed. Provide technical support, issue resolution, and system maintenance for CRM applications. Participate actively in team discussions, offering solutions and best practices. Stay current with the latest CRM trends, technologies, and updates. Contribute to team knowledge sharing and documentation. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development. Strong knowledge of CRM development principles and customization best practices.
