We are looking for a few, energetic, driven individuals to help us spread this movement across the world.We're building a reliable, secure, and scalable DevOps infrastructure to support our growing applications. Our team focuses on automation, cloud efficiency, and security best practices while ensuring smooth deployments and system reliability. We run on AWS, Docker, and CI/CD automation, and we're continuously improving our cloud infrastructure, security, and database performance.THE ROLEThis is an AWS infrastructure and operations focused DevOps role. The position focuses on AWS cloud infrastructure, system reliability, monitoring, and security operations. While some scripting and automation is required, this is NOT a software development role. If you love optimizing cloud environments, automating workflows, and implementing security best practices, we’d love to have you onboard!Responsibilities:AWS Infrastructure & Security- Follow AWS Well-Architected - learn, measure, and build using architectural best practices.
- Design, deploy, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure (Fargate, ECS, ECR, EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch and others).
- Implement IAM best practices, access control, and security logging.
- Monitor system logs, security alerts, and cloud compliance tools to maintain a secure environment.
- Research current and existing technologies for potential use.
- Help troubleshoot and fix problems in production.- Strong interest in Linux system administration, cloud infrastructure operations, and production system reliability.Containerization & CI/CD- Manage Docker containers and optimize AWS Fargate workloads.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, and CodeCommit.
- Conduct security scanning (e.g., Trivy, AWS Inspector) on container images.PostgreSQL & Database Operations- Deploy and maintain automated backups.
- Configure connection pooling and security.
- Implement PostgreSQL read replicas for scaling.
- Monitor database performance and ensure secure database configurations.Security & Monitoring- Maintain AWS Security best practices, including encryption, logging, and monitoring.
- Implement network security controls (VPC, security groups, firewall rules).
- Automate security checks and proactively identify vulnerabilities in cloud workloads.Nice-to-Have Skills (Big Plus, but Not Required):- Familiarity with Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Memcached.
- Experience with AWS WAF, GuardDuty, or security auditing tools.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience with CloudFormation.
- Knowledge of Redis & Memcached performance tuning.
- Scripting experience in Bash, Python, or Ruby.

- Strong experience in CI/CD pipeline automation (AWS CodePipeline or similar).
- Comfortable with Linux and Linux CLI.
- Experience with Linux system administration & cloud networking.
