  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize breakdowns.
  • Supervise contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and services.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and healthcare standards.
  • Licensed Civil or Mechanical Engineer (PRC Holder)
  • At least 1 year of experience in facility management or related field
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and facility management software
  • Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical), especially in a healthcare setting.
