You will make a direct impact by: Leading the development team, setting clear objectives, and providing essential technical guidance. Overseeing the design and architecture of software solutions, ensuring both scalability and optimal performance. Writing, testing, and maintaining high-quality code, while also mentoring team members and fostering a collaborative environment. This Role Is for You If Experience: You have proven experience (5+ years) in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. You have experience leading a team and providing technical guidance to meet project expectations. You have worked on AI Powered Applications. You have experience using the latest AI Coding assistant tools. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in PHP, Laravel, Node.js, Vue.js/Nuxt.js, and Bitbucket. Excellent understanding of software architecture and design patterns. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. Knowledge in Agile development methodologies and tools. Non-Negotiables: IT Park, Cebu City location (Onsite). Availability for Dayshift (7:00 AM-4:00 PM PH Time, Mondays - Fridays). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on team success and collaboration. Bonus Points: Bachelor&aposs or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. A strong passion for technology and staying updated with industry trends and advancements.
