About the Position: SAP IT Consultant HR Operations (Taguig) | HybridLocation: BGC, TaguigWork Arrangement: Hybrid (with 1 day onsite)Schedule: Mid-shiftResponsibilities:**Regional Requirements**- Document technical and business processes related to new or modified local requirements- Ensure alignment of these requirements with global standards- Implement changes within ContiTechs standard IT environment (e.g., SAP HCM)**Regional Operations**- Maintain business continuity and system operations across the region- Follow structured problem-solving procedures and incorporate lessons learned from technical disruptions**Change Management**- Coordinate technical requirements with the HR Solutions team- Support or define technical concepts for proposed changes- Implement region-specific modifications- Assist with deploying new features or processes within the existing IT landscape**Local Applications**- Document technical and business processes for additional local applications needed to meet legal regulations- Obtain and record relevant approvals (e.g., data protection, cybersecurity)- Support integration of local applications into the ContiTech IT environment- Ensure proper operation of related interfaces**Knowledge Management**- Promote the sharing and application of lessons learned across teams and the Competence Center- Foster continuous learning and best practice sharing between regions and the HR Solutions team- Stay informed about upcoming upgrades and their potential impactsQualifications:- Minimum of 4 years experience as a Functional Consultant- Preferred Technologies: SAP HR/HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Master Data (HR)- Modules: LMS (Learning Management Systems)- Academic background in Technology or Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience gained over years of work- Extensive SAP environment experience, particularly in at least one relevant SAP module such as SAP FI, in a multinational setting- Experience working with HR IT systems, including SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, and SAP BTP- Proven success in delivering at least one global or regional project- Business process knowledge (preferably operational experience such as LKU, CKU, etc.)- Ability to think across business areas and functions- Strong SAP knowledge related to SAP FI- Fluent in English, both written and spoken- Data analysis skills and the ability to create transparency- Problem-solving skills and capacity to handle high-visibility projects- Experience managing and guiding international, multinational teams- Excellent communication skills tailored to different management levels and cultural contexts
