You will also be working closely with clients and cross-functional departments to communicate project statuses and proposals. You will be fully integrated into our product team as a vital part of the software development process.What You’ll Do:
- Oversee technical operations and debugging to ensure our platforms run flawlessly at scale.
- Act as a technical beacon for the team, providing clarifications on complex tasks and championing industry best practices.
- Partner proactively with developers and product owners to ensure seamless sprint deliveries and high-quality feature releases.
- Stay at the forefront of the tech landscape, integrating new trends and developments to keep our stack competitive.Who You Are:
- Hold a Degree in Computer Science (or a related field) and have 4–6 years of experience in software development.
- Highly proficient in PHP and modern frameworks like Yii or Laravel.
- Comfortable across the stack, with expertise in React, jQuery, CSS, and Bootstrap.
- Have a deep understanding of REST API integrations and the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Familiar with Agile/Scrum, proficient with JIRA, and understand the magic of a solid CI/CD pipeline.
- You can translate "tech-speak" into clear updates for stakeholders and possess the interpersonal skills to lead and influence.
